Conditions will be considered automatically included in the Services once they form part

The purpose of the Website is to serve as an Internet portal in which Users may create

recruitment, selection, professional interview, provision of services, etc.

employers and Users, so the Website has no control over the quality, accuracy,

potential employers to provide career opportunities, nor individuals to complete job

kind about potential employers or individuals.

third parties who have access to Users’ electronic profiles in accordance with
applicable regulations and the Privacy Policy. In the event that connection to the

In spite of dispute resolution mechanism as mentioned here-in above, any disputes or claim or action arising out of or relating to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, competent courts of law having jurisdiction within city limits of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall prevail.
